Our Yoga To Go program brings group classes to your home or work! For $11/person per hour we come to you for a hatha yoga session, a meditation retreat, or an afternoon seminar of Personal Transformation Techniques. We are also available for Getaway Weekends and Retreats! (minimum 5 people)
Although our Group Yoga classes experience a high level of instruction they do not offer the same amount of individualized instruction and physical adjustments, privacy or attention as a private session.
Our private sessions can be held in your Tri-State area home or our Galena IL yoga studio. Our rates are $55/hr for 1 - 4 people. (Over four people would be considered a group class)
