Santosha means contentment. It is a state of being, filled with gratitude for who we truly are and where we are in each present moment. Through finding ‘Santosha’, we find unconditional self love and peace with all parts of ourselves and our journey.

About Antonia

Like many of you, I spent many years stuck in an impossible ‘wired but tired’ state of chronic stress and burnout. I was out of touch with my life and had no sense of purpose.

After suffering for too long and overextending myself to prove my worthiness, I decided to prioritise my wellbeing. I found a consistent yoga practise as well as breathwork, meditation and self-reflection. I began working with Energy and Sound and dived deep into yoga philosophy, ancient wisdom, modern psychology and human design.

This journey of realigning my body, mind and spirit lead me towards finding balance and reconnecting to myself, others and my unique purpose. I met and fell in love with all parts of myself. I began to tackle daily stress with agility and resilience and I was able to connect with others in a space of complete awareness, unconditional love and compassion.

In this conscious space, I decided to train in the teachings and techniques that changed my life, in order to help you do the same. I created Finding Santosha to help you come home to yourself and live your life on purpose too.

How I Support

 3 Pillars of Santosha

  • Learn how to reflect on the past with compassion in order to use your experiences and triggers as a tools for transformation. The past is a window into your gifts (dharma) and lessons (karma). You research the past to explore where energy may have become stuck, to question habits and release limiting beliefs or conditioning (samskaras) that may hold you back . Through this de-conditioning process, you begin to heal and create space to step into your own light.

  • Finding stillness and acceptance for the present an immense gift. In this balanced state you see clearly, live intentionally and make conscious choices about how you want to shape your life. You make choices to structure your life in a way that is supportive and nourishing. As you rebalance your nervous system and flow of energy you are able to see clearly and understand yourself on a deeper level. You can identify what fills your cup and what drains it and can begin to see the goodness you bring to the world. Together we explore how you can courageously bring your gifts to the world.

  • You now see yourself and your gifts clearly. You have the ability to respond to stress with agility, trusting the process, even during the hardest times. You begin to see all that life has to offer and you start envisioning a life you feel worthy of living. Your aspirations become goals and together we turn the goals into manageable actions for you to begin co-creating and living your life on purpose. You feel supported as you take risks to express yourself and begin to embody your soul’s purpose.
