Using long holds and breath awareness, this style helps to move blocked and stagnant energy enabling you to leave the class feeling lighter, relaxed and connected to yourself.

 

Embodied Flow

Combining the principles of Hatha and Vinyasa, these sessions combine breath and movement to help you strengthen the mind-body connection. Develop strength and flexibility in the body and mind through carefully sequenced and personalised asana and pranayama.
