Santosha in Education

While working in education for the last decade, I learned quickly that my ‘talent’ within teaching was my ability to intuitively connect with the children and provide them with the sacred space to be expressive and seen for who they truly are. However, during a period of personal difficulty, I realised the importance of understanding, balancing and connecting with myself in order to consciously provide this safe space and facilitate optimal growth.

“When you are awake, happy, sensitive, and strong, you will naturally nurture your children more easily and effectively”

- Dr Robert Keith Wallace PhD (Author of Dharma Parenting)

What does this involve?

  • What is Santosha in Education?

Santosha in education aims to help caregivers unearth and nurture children as their purest, deepest and most authentic selves, enabling them to thrive from childhood.

  • Releasing Pressure Boxes

Upbringing, education, social conditioning and generational trauma shape our children as they grow, placing them in pressure boxes trying to please others and adhere to expectations. Sadly this has detrimental effects on our children, resulting in feelings of anxiety, fear, stress and depression at these young ages. Together we can reframe this.

  • Why is Reframing Important?

Instead of the next generation spending adulthood undoing all that was done in childhood, Santosha in Education aims to support caregivers and educators in breaking the restrictive patterns to enable individuals to thrive from childhood and unearth their purest selves.

  • Reframing - 1. Clearing your own blocks

As caregivers and educators, we need to ensure that our own blocks aren’t affecting the children we support. For this reason, I offer 1:1 coaching for educators and caregivers to ensure that we are able to nurture our own growth to model harmony, contentment and passion with the children we support.

  • Reframing - 2. Model Unconditional Love and Freedom

By supporting yourself in Finding Santosha and purpose, you create an environment for young people to express themselves freely and be seen for who they truly are too. You model the ability to love unconditionally, to express yourself unapologetically and live life unbounded.

  • Reframing - 3. Facilitate Expansive Pure Growth

Through untainted glasses, I support you in seeing who the children were born to be and how to nurture and facilitate their most expansive growth and sense of self throughout and beyond childhood.

I have witnessed first hand how our level of consciousness affects the way we nurture, teach and parent. Santosha in Education aims to support you in embodying a conscious approach to education and parenting to facilitate optimal and authentic growth for you and the children in your life.

How I Support
